Unprofessional. I had a 9:00 appointment, yet when I arrived no one was there. I called and waited 15 minutes still no one was there nor answered. I drove an hr and a half just to have my time wasted

I just called asking for digital fingerprints. The woman who answered was extremely impatient with me. I asked for the price, and she sternly said, "depends on what you need them for". I replied and then asked for some more information, I didn't know what she was asking about, and I asked if she could further explain. She once again sounded annoyed with me.
