I have been going to Finger Tips for years and have always been happy with their services. Not every technician can do every task (some can do waxing, some can do gel nails, some can do acrylics), so if you want something other than a regular manicure or pedicure, then you had better make an appointment!! Otherwise, you may have to wait at peak times such as weekends and lunchtime. They do strive to accommodate those who drop in, but must attend to those who have reserved time first! loyal customer for life---love it!!!!!!!! To be honest, my first experience with this shop (back in January) is not the greatest but still tolerable, the wait time was a bit long. For my sister's graduation this May, I've decided to give this place another shot and took my sis as well as some of her friends there and must i say, what a different!!! Nice atmosphere I've been here a handful of times over the past two years. The only services I have had were eyebrow waxing and pedicures (not a big manicure person). Both have always looked great. The only drawback sometimes is the wait. I do tend to go at busier times like Saturday afternoons, but even calling ahead doesn't seem to help. Other than that I have no complaints and would recommend this place to a friend.

Very nice employees I went to Finger Tips the day before my wedding to get a manicure and pedicure. I brought my 4 bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and niece. The only thing that bothered me the entire time we were there is that they didn't seem prepared for such a large group (even though I had made reservations and told them exactly what everyone wanted done 2 weeks prior). Run Away!!! I usually get my nails done at another establishment, but decided to try Finger Tips. When I entered the store, all of the nail techs were busy and they asked me to sit and wait. After 20 minutes, they brought over a gentleman who did not have a station and he collected equipment from other technicians. All I needed was an acrylic fill and he took an hour and 15 minutes!
