Sir called around 11 a.m. and was immediately placed on hold. monday jan 10. on hold for 4 minutes. when operator got on i asked for appt around 1. she said i don't know they open at 2:30 p.m. I asked if i could come at 2:30 then, she said i don't know depends on them. very cold first impression. i was on hold for 4 minutes by their answering service? what the hell!
