I've been going to finger lakes wax for about 6 months now and I must say I'm glad I chose it for my monthly brazzillion wax. I recently switched to James Robert and I'm glad I did. His attention to detail is more than I ever expected and he does not leave 1 hair follicle behind! He makes me so very relaxed during those painful seconds! Deb is the best! She did a Brazilian, arm pits, and half leg for me and it was the best experience. I was nervous coming in, she was extremely professional and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Virtually painless wax and great results. If I could give this place a million stars I would!
