Extremely distressed by this company. I have a fifty ft shallow well that produces, but I want more water so I don't have to worry (I have four kids), so I looked into a drilled well. They would not drill near that well where I asked claiming power lines are in the way, but they're at least 20 plus ft in front of the specific spot on the side of the driveway by the front steps, the spot being 15ft back from the shallow well. Exceeded the necessary drilling, then top of it attempted to further rip me off with pump quote. The numbers that were given to me were not adding up, I’ve been in the construction industry for 30+ years, I started to do my own research. Not impressed as far as I’m concerned money hungry rip offs.
Highly Recommend! They made a pretty complex job look easy and took our water system from very concerning to worry-free. Our crew (Austin, Dylan & Isaiah) arrived at the time we were told they would be here and their work ethic upon arrival was noticeable. Amber Water Pros just completed a rebuild and media replacement on my water softener and they did an outstanding job! Many thanks to the team of Haley and Chelsi for their knowledge, hard work and professional demeanor. Service was scheduled quickly and they showed up when promised. They took extra time to make sure the area was spotless and organized when they were finished. All the people we have interacted with at Amber have been great to us and it shows that they are good at what they do.
