This company sucks! 2 years I’ve been fighting with them to get their equipment to work properly and here we still are going in circles. The girls can’t handle my questions so they hang up on me instead. Worst company ever!
We used Finger Lakes Water for years and were pleased. Then they were acquired by Amber. Now they want $150 to even look at a problem for up to 15 minutes plus add a gas surcharge and tax. $200 before anything even happens. Doesn’t include labor and isn’t applied to any repair work. Won’t be using them again.
