Great crew sent out. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Solved my problem by determining what it was before installing parts, etc.

I called this company to come and check my well. We thought it had gone dry. They sent 3 people, who pulled out the (working) pump, measured how long the pipe was and then put it back. They accomplished virtually nothing and we were charged $600+. Another company came out, put a camera in the well and showed me where the water was coming in, gave me an idea of what it would cost to drill a new well and when he could get to it. Very professional and knowledgeable. When asked what we owed him, there was no charge.

I have been experiencing water recovery issues and within a few days of my contacting the Tully office they sent out a team to examine my well and pump. On the day of the service they sent an email to let me know Austin and Dylan were enroute. Austin and Dylan are friendly, knowledgeable technicians who took the time to explain what they were doing to ensure I understood the process thoroughly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I called Amber Water on the Saturday before Labor Day. They sent me a contract that day. On Tuesday I called to see where I was on the schedule explaining my stressful situation. They were here in Peru area within the promised time and Austin and Dylan were fantastic. They were so knowledgeable, fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with water issues.
