This rating is from the perspective of a new patient to Finger Lakes Dental Care, Victor and a recently relocated senior citizen. A routine check-up/cleaning resulted in X-ray detection of significant decay far back in my lower jaw, not previously detected by prior dentists. The affected area appeared to have resulted from an unknown injury decades ago, without any pain to the date of discovery. After having a great deal of work done at another dental office they abruptly turned the office over to another dental practice that I was not comfortable with so I had to start all over again. Dr. Wendy, Claudia & my hygienist were all wonderful, caring, compassionate and made me feel like I had been coming here for years. Once again, the staff was courteous, professional, and kept me comfortable and informed. Given it was only a standard check-up, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. This is the first practice I have been to, since my original dentist retired, where I feel like the are honestly only concerned about my dental health, not making a profit by recommending unnecessary procedures.
My hygienist was so gentle and very personable. She did a great job cleaning my teeth, and listened and she and Dr. Wendy helped me with a solution to my problem. Love it there!
My whole family goes to this dental practice and we all see Dr. Wendy. She is kind and is good with our kids. We have also always been happy with the hygienists we see there. Dental work has always been excellent for my whole family. The office space is lovely as well as the office staff, there is just nothing bad to say about any of it. They have life long customers in us.
