Open since 2006 we are a run and triathlon specialty shop located on the Ithaca Commons in Ithaca. We offer a complete line of running shoes, accessories, apparel and nutritional items as well as bike and triathlon accessories. We assist in putting on the Ithaca Festival Mile, Cayuga Lake Triathlon, among other local races and events. Ithaca's an amazing place to be, to run, to bike, to swim and most importantly live. Check in with us for a run, an event, or simply advice on where to eat while in town.

The selection is fantastic, the prices are excellent, and the people are the best. I highly recommend this shop for all your running needs (and other athletic needs- they have apparel that is good for the gym, etc.). I bought 2 pairs of shoes there recently & Ian was incredibly helpful. Couldn't be happier with my purchases! Always shop small to support your local community.
This is a great store for all your running needs. I went in today and found just what I was looking for. If I didn’t, most likely they would have ordered it for me. Shop locally so we can keep gems like this around!
There is a quality of service that you get from your local running store that cannot be had online or in a box store experience. FLRTC has always had great staff who know what they are talking about.
Great customer service. The owner even tried calling different businesses to find my size since he didn't have it in stock. That made me want to shop with him more. My husband left with new shoes and I will be back to get my pair in the next couple weeks. I won't be buying running shoes anywhere else form now on! Thank you for the great shopping experience!🏃♀️🏃♂️
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are experienced runners so they know what you need.
I treated myself to new sneakers today. I worked with Katie who spent a lot of time checking out my walk, hearing my needs and giving me a bunch of shoes to try on. I was looking for help from an expert to find the perfect shoe for me and I got it. What an amazing experience! Thank you!!!
