Jordan was responsive, installed the system quickly and professionally, and dealt with a faulty fan immediately when I called him--turned out to be a manufacturing defect in the fan, which he replaced (free of charge, obviously). That was a year and a half ago, and our levels have consistently been below 1 since (we were seeing spikes into the 20s before Jordan installed the system). Would definitely recommend Jordan and Finger Lakes Radon Removal.
Very disappointed in this contractor. He installed a new fan for my radon system a year ago. When the fan stopped working, I called him because I knew the fan was still under warranty. It took 3 weeks of leaving phone messages, emails, and texts before he responded that he would come fix it....but he never showed up...repeatedly! They were fantastic! Prompt, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I got the best price possible. I would definitely use them again for any future services. They also did my home inspection in addition.
Jordan at Finger Lakes Radon Removal was great. He ended up needing to install two systems for us to get our high levels where we wanted them to be--bringing them down from ~45 pCi/L to 0.8 pCi/L.
