Heather is amazing! I’m a first time mom and didn’t really have anyone I could talk to about the ins and outs of breastfeeding. Heather was recommended to me and from my very first appointment when I was pregnant she made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease. Heather was so wonderful addressing our concerns, helping us navigate through oral tethers and releases, and supporting me with pumping and solid food introduction. She was very responsive via messages on the portal, and getting an appointment was also very easy, which was so appreciated. I can't recommend her enough!
Heather was absolutely amazing! It started with a very quick and easy message to see our insurance coverage. This process was super easy and took so much stress out of the equation. Then she fit us in very quickly. Her kind, calm and compassionate demeanor put myself and my baby at ease instantly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Heather helped us work through all of our breastfeeding struggles from latching difficulties, tongue and lip tie, mastitis, clogged ducts, thrush, etc. Any question we had, she was happy to help no matter the time of day. We’re 7 months in to our breastfeeding journey and still going strong. We couldn’t have done it without Heather, there was so many times I wanted to quit, she saved our breastfeeding journey and I can never thank her enough for that.
Heather is absolutely amazing and the reason my breastfeeding journey lasted as long as it did. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to get to know each one personally. She’s also is an incredible resource for anything else you might need along the way. She was such a blessing during those first few months—I’ll always be grateful for her support.
