Very nice atmosphere, safe, clean, quiet and friendly. They treated me like family.

Everyone from the scheduling to the actual testing were fantastic! They are honest and patient and spoke to us in plain English. Didn't sugar coat anything and we felt very welcomed and comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience with FINGER LAKE HEARING CENTER. The office was easy to find with convenient parking, waiting room and super friendly and knowledgeable office manager. The doctor was so knowledgeable, friendly, a great listener and had a wonderful bedside manner. They explained everything in detail in spite of my personal knowledge and experience. They are very thorough from paperwork to testing and feedback. They did not try to sell me any new equipment. I feel like they were very patient centered and truthful.... read more
