After having several problems with an older Majestic gas fireplace, I asked around and was given Dalton’s number. He quickly returned my call and scheduled an appointment within days. Dalton did a FANTASTIC job of replacing parts needed and my fireplace now is up and running just like new! Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone. I cannot thank you enough. The fire is perfect!

Dalton was referred to me after I was told I needed to wait 6 weeks for a service call by my authorized dealer. He was able to squeeze me in the next day! He was familiar with my brand and was able to fix the igniter issues immediately. Was meticulous about keeping the house clean and explaining the issues. Highly recommend his service. After removing the fireplace glass, it was immediately apparent that Dalton knew how to work on gas fireplace burner systems. He promptly fixed a burner low flame issue that a previous fireplace technician (from a different company) had failed to fix and would've been very expensive to fix had I pursued his advice on follow-up action. Dalton also thoroughly cleaned the fireplace box and made some adjustments to the burner valves. Now the fireplace flame is better than ever. So thrilled with Dalton the Fireplace Whisperer!! I was told by another fireplace technician that my gas fireplace was not repairable and that it would have to be replaced at great cost. I called Dalton to see about a quote on a new one and he told me that he believed my fireplace could be repaired.
