Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have not been to Dr. Halliday’s office in over four years, yet they are trying to bill me $699 for services allegedly provided in December 2024 — which is impossible. Since January, I’ve called repeatedly to fix this. Each time, I was told someone would "email the office" or "look into it," but no one followed up.
