The FL RRH ENT office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't rushed and was treated with care and respect. I had a hearing test given by Lindsay Saltsman, AuD. She was very courteous and caring. She took her time and explained everything. She even went over the results with me. A week later I saw Jeffrey Harford, NP for an evaluation of constant noise in my ears. Jeffry was patient and thorough and asked many questions. This place is horrible!! They do not return calls . They do not follow through with treatment . I do not believe they truly care about patients
Very bad ,my ear was hurting for over 4 days
Unprofessional... They want you to call from your car but fail to turn on the phone system for early appointments....at other times the phone system not working at all...unwilling to accommodate with later hours or potential weekend hours...needing to take time off of work for every injection...today 4/7/21 I drive 20 minutes for my apt...get there on time and the receptionist says "oh the nurse called in today" ..doctor isn't in either...so I can't get my injections....needing to reschedule with no phone call or notificatio... read more
