Finger Lakes Electric Bikesp, Speaking to Bob was an amazing pleasure, he was kind and took his time, going through the details while making sure I understood how the bike worked. Great experience. We would definitely rent from Finger Lakes Bikes again. Bob was super accommodating-we made the reservation the day before. At pickup, he gave my husband an overview/orientation to the bike, and let him take it for a ride around the parking lot for a few minutes to get acclimated and see if we had any questions. Bike rental came with a helmet and a lock, and was cheaper than some of the other places we looked at renting a e-bike from. Finger Lakes bicycle was really great to work with. They provided a little orientation to e-bikes since it was the first time for me. They had great communication and were super flexible when I needed to change dates because I had messed up my dates, and then had to change pickup times due to weather. Pickup and dropoff were easy, and they were willing to pick up the bike at a later date from my air b&b when I wanted to return it on a day they were closed. Highly recommended - I would definitely rent from them again.
