Finger Lakes bicycle was really great to work with. They provided a little orientation to e-bikes since it was the first time for me. They had great communication and were super flexible when I needed to change dates because I had messed up my dates, and then had to change pickup times due to weather. Pickup and dropoff were easy, and they were willing to pick up the bike at a later date from my air b&b when I wanted to return it on a day they were closed. Highly recommended - I would definitely rent from them again.
Wonderful experience. After purchasing bikes online via the Magnum website, we realized the bike purchased for myself was not the right bike for me. Bob worked with us to ensure that I got a bike that I was comfortable riding. Great customer service, highly recommend!!!
Great service, I was searching for a bike rack for over a month and finally found one here. Spoke to owner who then contacted his shop to have them put it together for me, when I arrived there it was assembled and Joe took his time to show how everything worked. Highly recommend doing business with these people
