I am directing my remarks to Finger Lakes Dental owner, J. Tanoory. My wife made an appointment for me for March 18 at the Victor location, and she made it clear that I wanted a FL employee to fit me for a crown for an implant. After having every centimeter of my body x-rayed, the employee refused to take impressions, etc. Instead, she said that I had to adhere to their new patient "processes" - x-rays on steroids and an exam. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and a few minutes before i realized that my wallet was missing. The hygienist i had was so compassionate as I was tearful throughout my appointment. Thank you Aleta for taking care of me . You are amazing.
Everyone is so nice, they take their time explaining. I highly recommend.
The staff were nice and seemed to care about my health and wellbeing. Painless x-rays and cleaning.
