This company literally saved my daughters life when we needed emergency transport to the ER. I cannot recommend them enough! Without them, my daughter might not be here. THANK YOU Fingerlakes Ambulance! You have my deepest gratitude!
They brought my mother to the wrong hospital! I waited and Clifton Springs almost 2 hours to find out they took her to Newark . NOW 8 hrs later we're still waiting for transportation to Clifton. Newark can not do the procedure and we knew that.
Refused to treat or transport my wife who amhas a disability because she refused to ride if they wouldn't let me ride with her for her safety and comfort and federal law prohibits them from refusing her because she wanted to have someone ride with her because she has a disability and after talking to the rep for this provider their exact words were oh well she can die we don't care about medicaid patients
On May 26th my husband and I were in a MVA in Seneca Castles fire district. The response time of Fingerlakes Ambulance service was fantastic and the crew that attended us was professional and helpful. Our experience with them was above great. Thank you, Christina and Ed Traphagen
