I called for service and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Mike did a great job of explaining the issues and gave recommendations for future preventative services. I am so glad that I called this company-I will definitely call them in the future!
I called him out to pump my septic. There were issues that were missed on my septic inspection. He also wanted to look at my alarm box to see why it was tripping the breaker. He did not shut off the power and created an arc flash that fried the board when he was messing with the wires. I was there to see in the middle of the day a flash so bright it almost blinded me.
