discouraged I have bought several things from there over the years. Love the unique selection of items. Very lovely store, but over mothers day my kids, 17 and 12 went to buy me an Alex and Ani bracelet. They only had a enough to buy me 1 bracelet, $28. Since they did not have them yet, the sales woman suggested a gift cert and for their inconvienence a candle by Alex and Ani at a reduced price. My child not really experienced in shopping didnt ask questions, or realizing a candle can be so flipping expensive. So i got a gif... read more
Ur a crapphead I think it is not nice to say that the salespeople are rude at Finestra. it really makes me mad because the owner of tht shop is my freaking godmother people! you ppl r so impatient! i think ur the rude ones, not my family@!
Try It Again I am a "Pandora Girl", however I purchased a Troll bracelet from Finestra Gallery after seeing the array of beautiful beads in stock. I've visited the store a half dozen times since my initial purchase and have always found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable, and thrilled to talk with some who shares their love for these tiny pieces of metal or glass. I don't know what happened before or during your visit, and I agree that this situation could have been handled better but as I get older I've learned to give ... read more
Finestra Gallery is a place I will never shop at due to a rude salesperson. I went to Finestra Gallery on September 2, 2009,to purchase a Troll bracelet and beads. My husband and I entered the store, the salesperson was on the phone. We proceeded to look around the gallery and finally I located some of the Troll beads. The salesperson continued to talk loudly on the phone and never acknowledged our presence. I can understand if the phone call was important. What I do not understand is why she could not excuse herself for a m... read more
