Absolutely rude customer service! All i did was request a quote via their online inquiry system, only to receive a rude and blunt response from the owner of the business accusing me of "sounding very busy collecting quotations for the cheapest to go ahead with!?" and "Now, the question is what are your intentions? Serving the customers needs or your needs to sell something cheap or sell something with a maximum profit margins?" We recently had all of our bedroom windows replaced with double glazing. The service and communication was outstanding from start to finish. Oliver and Christian did an amazing job and we are so happy with our new windows. They also left the house so tidy after each work day. It’s really hard to find good trades these days, we will definitely be going with Oliver again for all of our other windows. Thank you again Oliver and Christian!

We recently got double glazed uPVC Kommerling windows installed at our house by Oliver and Christian. Oliver initially came out for a quote for about 4 to 5 windows and was incredibly professional in his approach and his knowledge was second to none. We then went ahead with the order and after manufacturing Oliver and Christian brought the windows along, removed our old iron windows which were damaged, incredibly old and thermally inefficient and replaced it with the Kommerling tilt and turn windows. Finestra's owner Oliver, provided me with high quality, professional workmanship. I felt completely at ease having him and Christian working in my home. He explained exactly what the process would be and kept me fully informed throughout the job. I had all my windows and patio doors replaced with uPVC double glazed units.
