After moving to Westbrook, I needed a new barber close to home. FinestCutz came highly recommended by locals. After my first cut, I can see why. I am very satisfied with my cut, and have found my new barber.

Frankie was great! Really cares and takes the time to give you a great cut. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and his customers. Very engaging in conversation throughout, which was cool to see. It helps create a relaxed atmosphere for the time you are there. I would recommend Frankie and will be going back to him for my next cut.👍

I am new person in this community and I must say that my experience at FinestCutz was top tier. Frank the owner was skilled, personable, and welcoming. I find great importance in having a quality relationship with your barber. I am grateful and highly recommend this establishment.

Best haircut I’ve gotten in years. I’ve lived in the Portland/westbrook area for about 3 years now, and I’ve tried almost a dozen other barber shops who would mess up my hair. I grew my hair out for about a year, and today I went into Finest Cutz and Frankie performed a miracle. In my opinion the best barbershop around. Friendly and unique setting and people, definitely making this my go to spot from now on.

Frankie did my son’s hair and I couldn’t be happier! He was so patient with scheduling (I have an insane schedule) and he took my direction with kindness (I can be particular 😅). Very happy to have found a regular barber for my son. Highly recommend for young ones and adults alike!
