i highly recommend finest sylmar carpet cleaning. they sent someone out just two days after i called and gave me about an hour window for arrival. when kai called on the morning of my appointment, i needed to reschedule and he was very polite and understanding. he got me in the next day and kept me updated on his schedule with a few calls. he was super professional and friendly. he did an amazing job cleaning my old carpet and made it look so much better. i'll definitely use them again for my next carpet cleaning!
