I had an absolutely fantastic experience! My carpets were cleaned, pretreated, and they smell amazing now. Among all the professionals I've worked with, this team did the best job. My carpets were really worn out from daily foot traffic and had stains from kids' food and drinks. The care they took was impressive, and when I called them back a couple of months later, they exceeded my expectations again. It's such a wonderful feeling to have the entire house smelling and feeling like brand new wall-to-wall carpet! I never thought my 20+ year old carpet could look so good, but these guys really make it happen. I had an amazing experience with the carpet cleaning service at a very reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. The communication with the representative I spoke to over the phone was excellent. I reached out to Finest North Highlands Carpet Cleaning for a carpet cleaning service on short notice. Caleb was incredibly accommodating and the results were outstanding. He was very professional and worked quickly. The whole process took around an hour for my 3-bedroom house. As Caleb was wrapping up, he noticed that the carpet in each room was a bit loose and suggested it needed stretching and cutting.
