The owner/operator was very easy to talk to and clearly explained what to expect from the rug cleaning process and about how long it would take. We really appreciated the flexible after-hours appointment, which kept our daily business operations running without interruption. Our technician, Wesley, was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. He removed several deep carpet stains we thought were permanent, and the carpets looked refreshed... read more

The pet spots and little accidents are gone now, and the whole house feels much fresher. Wesley did the service and was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took time to ... read more
