How about no stars this place sucks, AND THE PEOPLE DO TOO! The only reason Not Finest nails gets 1 star is because you have to in order to post a review I should have listened to all the other reviews! Decided to treat my younger sister to a little pampering for her birthday. We got there a few minutes early for our duel pedicure appointment and was warmly greeted by Robert, he knew exactly why we were there so that was a great start! Robert is so friendly and very engaging! Unfortunately, the female tech that my sister had was the exact opposite. Don’t waste your money. I went in on Friday for their $50 mani-pedi “promo,” which was just a regular service you can get anywhere. By Monday, my nails already looked horrible! chipped, bumpy, and messy. The polish was supposed to last 12–21 days! The tech didn’t fully remove my old polish, and I couldn’t explain the issue because of a language barrier.
