We have used this carpet cleaning service for our rugs on several occasions and have always received excellent guidance and helpful recommendations from Jacob. He is very knowledgeable about rug and carpet care, including proper cleaning methods, stain treatment, and the best way to maintain color, pattern, and size over time. We’ve used Finest Millbrae Carpet Cleaning several times for carpet cleaning and each visit has been excellent. From the first walkthrough to the final check, the work is very thorough and professional. Our family is sensitive to strong smells, so we really appreciate that the carpets are left fresh and clean without heavy chemical odors. They were able to remove old carpet stains that we had battled on our own for a long time with a rental machine, and the difference was easy to see right away. Even though professional carp... read more

jacob did an excellent job cleaning our living room carpet in our rental in Millbrae when we were getting ready to move out. He was able to fit us in on short notice on a Saturday, which really helped with our carpet cleaning needs. The price was fair, and the customer service was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. My husband and i were still moving a few last minute items out of the house, and jacob even paused his work to help carry a dresser out when he noticed i was struggling. That level of care really stood... read more

I highly recommend this carpet cleaning and restoration service. I first used them when I moved into my new home in Millbrae and needed the carpets professionally cleaned. Their pricing was very fair, and the value was excellent. The carpets were in terrible shape from the previous tenants, but Jacob got them looking fresh, bright, and almost like new again. Later on, I needed more restoration work, and Jacob, Donovan, and the crew handled everything smoothly. They helped with flooring, baseboards, walls, and even bathroom u... read more

After a disappointing grout cleaning service from another floor cleaning company, we decided to try a new team for our tile and carpet cleaning. They did an excellent job restoring grout that had not been cleaned in a long time, so when our carpets needed a deep clean, we called them again. The carpet cleaning results were just as impressive, and we have continued using them ever since. Each visit has been professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. We recently had the whole house cleaned, including upstairs and downstair... read more
