I am APPALLED at the treatment I was provided over a misunderstanding. They confirmed the date and pick up deposit and I asked about the sealant on the wood. They had told me I didn't need to paint it right away because it was sealed but I didn't see it on the quote so I questioned it. Rather than a professional answer that there is extra cost for that and what it would be I got a 2 paragraph email insulting me about the miscommunication and that i made the owner "uncomfortable" when he was here measuring. Mark and his team at Finest Fence are incredible to work with. After the initial estimate my wife and I were sold on Mark's knowledge and honesty. He told us exactly what we needed to know to make an educated decision and never pressed for anything extra. Mark & his staff are amazing 🤩. We replaced a fence that had fallen + two old gates. I would percent hire them again. I highly recommend them. They work hard, great with solutions to unique situations. The whole crew was nice and conscientious. They did a great job of clean up after. Fence looks great, high quality work & materials. Thank you to finest fence & the crew!

I had a gate that needed to be repaired. They said they would do it, but it would have to wait a month. I said ok and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment Mark Kaesberg emailed me to say they would have to reschedule due to forecasted rain. He said they would reach out to reschedule. They never did. I emailed to remind him we needed to reschedule and he never responded. I understand it was a small job, but at least respond!
