Absolutely 5 stars, just like so many others have said! Douglas did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and floors. He was very professional and took the time to explain his cleaning process, and how his methods were better than what you might get from bigger chain companies. While Douglas worked on our carpets, kitchen vinyl, and tile floors, I left for a bit and came back to find him still hard at work, even getting down to tackle tough stains by hand near the stairs.
