Such a mixed review here. Rosza has sadly left and legally cannot take patients with her, otherwise I just wouldn't go back to Finest. She is a marvellous orthodontist and takes great pride and care in her work. Don't get me wrong, the service in house is great, however trying to get in touch over the phone is an ABSOLUTE JOKE considering the staff are never visibly busy in the clinic, certainly not to a point where the phone is always engaged. Stay away from the Wokingham practice. They gave the worst service I have ever experienced. I applied for Invisalign in September 2019 and I was constantly getting told I needed to come in for rescans 3 times after I had to chase it up!! So In the end I just decided to cancel but I never got a reply from anyone they’re so ignorant. So hard to get through to anybody on the telephone I am currently on hold 3rd in the Que but I've been on hold 15 minutes already. and often don't get a call / email back. Paid for invisalign full and that runs out in 2020 my teeth are still not complete. Such a shame because the staff are so friendly but the service is just not acceptable especially when paying a lot of money for a service.
If I could give them zero stars I would. STAY CLEAR OF THE WOKINGHAM PRACTICE. False promises, no one calls you back and now they are under reconstruction. I have paid for my treatment but now it seems like I am left with braces and my treatment isnt completed!!!
