1 Star — Extremely Disappointing. Absolutely Not Worth the Money. I would absolutely NOT recommend Finest Cleaning, especially if you’re considering paying extra for their Super Deep Cleaning package. We booked their approximately $1,100 Super Deep Cleaning service over a month in advance to prepare our home for the arrival of our newborn. I hired them for multiple move-out cleaning and they did an outstanding job! They arrived on time and transformed the place from top to bottom. I highly recommend them for any move-out cleaning needs!
super easy to have a quote and to schedule the cleaning. On the day of the appointment, we didnt even notice the crew was in the house cleaning the carpet. 2 hours later, the carpet was super clean and soft. Highly recommend them.
The process was very stressful. Hiring someone to come clean, asking me the dimensions of my kitchen..does anyone know the dimensions of their kitchen? Asking for photos when I literally said money is not an issue. Just let me pay so they can come clean but nooo, we had to have back and frouth email, texting, phone calls. Also deep cleaning doesn't clean underneath your fridge or dryer. Even if it's just getting a broom and swiping underneath it. Not sure what this place is doing, they go and back forth like selling you a ex... read more
