Do not buy a car from Henry. My daughter bought a car from him it didn't pass inspection. He told me to have my daughter bring it to a shady mechanic where my daughter felt very uncomfortable and they didn't fixe it because my daughter didn't have $150 on her i told henry I'd get the money too him as soon as i got outta of work and he refused thanks for making my daughter feel very uncomfortable
Great customer service
My aunt bought and traded her car here 3 months ago. Took us 1 month with a lot of back and forth to get the car with her old plate on it because they said it would be easier for the transfer and paper works. But now we still didn't get any of the registration or title in hand. They ignored our calls and messages. It's so stressful experience. Please give my aunt her registration and title. The car is Toyota Corolla 2010.
