I was told to be at my appointment between 4:30 and 5:00pm, I arrived at 4:30 and waited there for 2 WHOLE HOURS!! I have politely texted the hair braider (Susan) and she lied and constantly said she would be here in 4-10 mins. I honestly was expecting better from this place from the reviews but my experience was not good. Sorry but I do not recommend coming here if you want to wait 1-2 hours before actually getting service.
