Rude customer service. I called for a possible walk-in manicures around 630, the woman who answered was very rude and replied sarcastically "we take walk-ins until 8." So I asked if that would be a decent time, if it looks busy to try and let them prepare or just have some expectations set and she replied "I don't know what's going to happen in the next few minutes, anybody can walk in." I would work on phone etiquette with the staff. I don't appreciate the rudeness and I was being polite on the phone.

Salome is an absolute blessing.. her meticulous attention to details and passion for nails is phenomenal. Her Nail lounge offers everything any woman needs to feel and look their best! Amen

I went there to get a simple set of nails and they were crooked really sharp and completely messed up and was done very bad will not be coming back and the prices were ridiculous for joe short sharp and how nasty of a job was done don’t come here don’t recommend it

I absolutely love this nail lounge! I initially walked in to get my nails done and they were welcoming to the fact that I walked in a few minutes before 8pm. I also got a silk press the next day which was done by Leysha and she was wonderful. They are open 6 days a week until 10pm which is definitely a plus!!! Overall I loved my nails and hair plus they provide cocktails and beverages with the services! Overall I would recommend 10/10!!!
