Always had a lovely experience in this shop with friendly owners. Happy to chat about their pieces and warn about traffic wardens! Was able to get a really good price (with an offered reduction and trade of a couple of small pieces I did not wear) for a beautiful ring that I have not stopped wearing since. Avoid this place, as other reviews have said these people are crooks. They have "lost" a piece of jewellery they were meant to be selling for me and have not honored the agreed price or returned jewellery. It has taken months of asking them, they've lied over and over again, we've jumped through hoops over and over again alway fobbed off with an excuse. I wish I had Googled the reviews before dealing with them. Appalling customer service - arrogant and inflexible. Don't waste your time; there are much better jewellers in the area.
