100% recommended, what a lovely experience!! After submitting my order, it looks like my note changed a heart symbol into a question mark so I called the shop to see if they were able to change it. They ended up reprinting the note for me and hand-drawing a cute little red heart in the note. They also sent a photo and video of the completed bouquet before it's sent off, which is so appreciated.
