First time buying flowers from a flower shop and the experience and quality was significantly better than Costco or Safeway/Sobeys. There is a very good selection and staff were amazing and friendly

Excellent service, beautiful flowers. My new go-to florist. I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers and was pleasantly surprised to see that same-day delivery was available. Within a couple of hours, they texted me a photo and a video of the bouquet before they sent it out for delivery. The bouquet was exactly as pictured on the website.
I ordered a large arrangement for a memorial service. The customer service and communication was fantastic from helping me decide on the arrangement to making sure it was delivered on time. I will definitely use Finesse Flowers again for my floral needs.
