Time and day was confirmed and no one showed, no call to say they'd be late or returned either of my voicemails when I asked if we could reschedule.
They did an amazing job cleaning my three rooms. I had one room that I thought would need the whole carpet replaced but they came and saved my carpets looks brand new. The service was fast. The customer service was amazing. I will be calling them again for when I do move out of my house.
I found them via Groupon and called to make a reservation almost 4 weeks before the service day and confirmed prices and extra add-on services for a move out clean. I called the week before, the day before and 2 hours before the service time frame for conformation and was never called back. The cleaner did not arrive at the reserved time and I called again at the start of the service time, 30 min after the start, and 1 hour after the start and again they never answered or reached back out to me.
