Who ever did the reviews didn't do the owner any favors. None of the review was accurate. It was more like a salon where ladies came every week to get a shampoo and set. There is nothing wrong with that, but don't do a review that is untrue. She began to cut my hair dry and unshampooed. I said to her aren't you going to shampoo my hair.
