Hello , I am writing to inquire how the 90 checklist process takes place. We closed on March 27, 2020 so we have passed the 90 period. By my calculations, it has been 115 days. I have included, all the previous communications with this email. I clearly understand the COV-19 pandemic may have delayed a lot of the touch ups that should have taken place right after we moved into this home.
