Compramos la casa nos la entregaron en abril 2021 a esta fecha 6/8/2022 no han echo la garantía del 1 año. La calidad de trabajo muy mala. No recomiendo esta constructora
Absolute trash! The experience starts out great, but by the time you finish, you'll never want to build another house again. They do not stand by their 1 year warranty at all. I closed almost 2 years ago and still have no screens. The same ones they promised to bring me. Cracks all in the corners, drywall finish is trash, floors squeak like they are loose. Be careful.... just drive thru some of their neighborhoods and talk to the people that love there, they will tell you... TRASH!

Poor quality and attention to detail. The trim work and drywall installation are subpar. They will not follow-up on 90-day or 1-year warranty. Floor installation is subpar. Don't allow the flooring to acclimate to the home. Paid top dollar for hardwood but received engineered hardwood. The driveway wasn't designed for proper water runoff. The vinyl around the dormer became detached in less than a year of living in the home. The layout is excellent.
