Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had! When I signed up, I was told there were no monthly fees. I get charged almost $25 a month to keep my account that was supposed to be free. Does the increased fee come with increased features or customer support? Nope. Worse. There isn't even anyone to call on the weekend if you have an issue and their online banking app says everything is 'Miscellaneous'. They've incorrectly identified fraud on 7 different occasions, shutting my bank account down for the entire weekend. They then had ... read more

Best bank. Customer service at its finest. They are like the banks were years ago when they knew who you were and cared. The staff is great and all have longevity which says much about the company

Alles läuft super und auch der Zugriff aufs Konto aus Deutschland funktioniert dank fachmännischer Anleitung bestens. Besonders erwähnen muss man aber die Mitarbeiter in der Bank.
