Best bank. Customer service at its finest. They are like the banks were years ago when they knew who you were and cared. The staff is great and all have longevity which says much about the company

Alles läuft super und auch der Zugriff aufs Konto aus Deutschland funktioniert dank fachmännischer Anleitung bestens. Besonders erwähnen muss man aber die Mitarbeiter in der Bank. Good experience if I go in person to get things accomplished. Over the phone, terrible. Instructions with what to do with funds ignored. JUNE 2022. Asked for transfers months ago verbally by phone 3 times. Now looking to other banks to accommodate.
