Matt and his team are great! Highly recommended!
I had some pretty bad termite damage. The outer wall's of my garage and dining room had to be replaced. Framing, sheetrock, everything. The Finely team did a great job. They were honest, always on time, and there were no hidden cost. I got 6 estimates which ranged from $4,500 to $36,000. Finely's estimate was one of the lower estimates. Finely Fixed gave us a fair price when we unexpectedly had to replace the soffit on the exterior of our home. Matt Goulding in particular is very good at what he does.
I've used these guys 3 times now for a rental property in Alpharetta for what I would say are minor issues. Each time they are been polite, professional, honest, communicative about our meeting time and cost effective. On one instance, I swore the whole door jam was going to have to be replaced but instead some really long screws did the trick. I had wanted to relace the screens on my deck. Then it went to the ceiling covering the exposed wood, one thing led to another, and I was wishy-washy abut what I thought I wanted. I can say now that it is done, I am so beyond happy with the finished deck. I feel Matt and his crew went above and beyond with the re-do and I love looking at my new Happy Place!

Worst contractor I’ve used in 35 years. It took a full six months to get windows installed. The measurements were wrong five times and resulted in windows that could not be used. Matt blamed the window company, the window company blamed Matt. Matt would take no ownership of the problem. Finally, after six months, the installation was complete. 18 months later, two of the windows proved defective. Matt would take no action. I called the factory and they are remaking the windows. Matt will not install them. Horrible.
