Had a bit of a hardware issue going through a lighting supplier and with finelites office being only minutes from my job site in Hayward CA. I stopped by and they were able to very quickly and efficiently understand what I needed and got me the parts then and there. Their sr. Director of customer experience, Todd Streater was more help than I could’ve ever asked for. Looking forward to using more of their products on future projects! Thank you guys!
