They replaced the carpet through warrantee. Never have I seen an installer not vacuum when finished. I mentioned the seam is more pronounced than the original carpet, and even felt lifted, and was told to go and vacuum it a few times. Just because this is a warrantee repair through our builder doesn't mean these contractors should be doing a poor job.
Good Luck if you use this flooring / remodel company. I paid for flooring, didn't get what ordered. Tried to contact rep. @ fine lines that was helping me. I guess I did something to upset representative, because know I can't even get a call back? Good Luck
Fine Lines just did an outstanding job on my home remodeling project. Laurie in the showroom was so very helpful narrowing down the products as they have an amazing selection. Jeff Stafford one of the Partners was helpful as well in checking on the work as well as being exact on the amount of product needed thus decreasing the cost due to unneeded overrun.
