Excellent service. Very professional company and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
We had a leak coming in around our bathroom exhaust fan. We determined the water was coming in from the vent in the roof. Mike came to review the issue within a day. He identified the problem. Provided a ‘quick fix’ to get us through while he prepared a quote for the repair. The quote was provided quickly, the work was scheduled promptly, and the service was very friendly and polite. Work areas remained clean, and workers were careful. Completed as promised. Highly recommend Mike and his team.
Mike and his team quickly came by to give me a quote for a roof repair. He was able to schedule me in within a few days. During the repair he uncovered another issue that needed to be addressed and was able to do it at the same time. He provided detailed pictures of the repair each step of the way and I appreciated that I had proof it was done right. I will definitely reach out to Mike again when I need any roof or eavestrough work done. Thanks again.
Called these guys as they were highly reviewed. Received a quote to replace the roof of my home within a few days of reaching out and the quote was attractive so I went ahead with scheduling them. A few days later a site visit took place and I was informed they could not do my roof as it's apparently 3.5 stories. When asked why they could not do the roof, I received a couple "sorry" emails without explanation. This was a giant waste of time.
Very excellent service. Mike, the Project Co-ordinator went above and beyond for us. He came up with great solutions for all of our roofing and drainage problems. He brought in really great chimney masons and an eavestrough specialist so that all our problems were addressed at one time. His team did excellent work and we are extremely pleased. Fine Lines is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.
