Professional and friendly. Work was fully explained and done on time. I would have give 5 stars but, the proof will be how this withstands winter and ice. I may then update to 5 stars.
Good service and good work done by nice people who left my yard in the same condition it was before they replaced my roof.
A neighbour with a good view of my roof informed me that I had a shingle missing. I went online to find a roof repair company. I prefer working with smaller companies. When I saw FineLines Roofing it had good reviews and a friendly website. I sent an email and in less than an hour they responded saying that they could do the job and offered a reasonable rate. FineLines provided an estimate of the roofing requirements with clear specifications of what they would do. The estimate compared favourably with other estimates. A deposit was required but having an A rating with BBB I was not concerned. Within a week of needed chimney work being completed by another contractor, FineLines was on site for the roofing.
