Have been a customer of finelines for close to 20 years. They have always been so accommodating; they go above and beyond for you and create some incredible and unique pieces. I would not go to any other jeweller. 10/10 always.
After obtaining numerous quotes I finally chose FineLines Jewellery to resize my 4 rings - engagement, wedding, eternity band and a sapphire ring I’ve had for 30 years. I’d heard stories that the jewellers swap out your diamonds and this stopped me from resizing for years. I’m pleased to say I’m very happy with the resizing and my jewellery is glowing like the day I received them - so mesmerising.
The entire process from beginning to end was so enjoyable and professional, the communication throughout was exceptional, the time frame, the workmanship, the end product, could not fault a thing. Highly recommend Ben and his team.
