Horrible customer service. There Asian counter parts are slow to respond and make mistakes often. Do not be fooled The HK office and The American office are independent of each other and they claim to be leading Label Suppliers in the industry and have the latest Label Technology but for some reason the HK Support Email does not work if they cant get there email to work how are they leading in Tech.
