Girl put me on hold till they were closed just so she didn’t have to talk to me.
Please, do not take your car here. This was the only shop my insurance would approve so I had to take it here. They are incredibly hard to get ahold of. Sometimes I would call 10 times in a row just to see if someone would pick up. Then, when you do get ahold of them the conversation is short and, frankly, rude. My car was in the shop for 4 months with very little communication. Only one of the two shop ladies is friendly and accommodating. That's the only reason for two stars, otherwise it would be one.
