Awful business and as others have mentioned the unreasonable charges when leaving them in unethical. They charged me for cleaning the carpets when the flat had hardwood floors. I managed to get some of my deposit back when I went through the tenant deposit scheme. Oh and the flats they rent out are filthy . The walls were not painted for ages and there was mould growing in the bathroom and bedroom and they would blame me for it when it was a known issue. Avoid them like the plague !
Moved into a flat that was so dirty it had chewing gum stuck to the dining chairs. Somehow got charged for cleaning when leaving, despite leaving it cleaner. Also had a burst pipe that had leaked to the below neighbours and we had to call them close to a dozen times to get them to send someone out - can't imagine our landlord would be happy with them choosing to let the damage grow before sending someone. Also would not answer e-mails about issues with the flat, including safety concerns. We had a group of teenagers come and... read more

The only people who are giving The 5 star reviews for this absolutely useless company are the landlords, fineholm will come back up with silly reasons to steal your deposit no matter what you do, hence making the landlords and themselves money, so don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Will never, ever be using them again. Useless people who don’t have a clue. Cant wait till they stop business, the world will be a better place.
