The guy came out the same day I called the office and hadn't had AC for 3 days because of the holiday weekend. My part replacement was under warranty but I still had to pay $185 toward the part in the bill. I understand that I had to pay for the service call but why if it is under warranty do you have to pay for any of the parts cost. The service technician didn't explain it well when I asked him but just happy to get AC back and paid the bill.
Both office and operator were wonderful they did a great job at my store
