I called Finefitter's several times during business hours and no one picked up the phone nor was there a way to leave a message. Too bad Finefitter's Kathy's Alterations now has my business and am so pleased with Kathy's work.
Really bad customer service!
Brought in an all-lace dress that needed a new zipper down the length of the back, the job was done flawlessly! Fair pricing and I was able to pick it up within a week, just in time for New Year's! Quick, to-the-point service and very respectful. Would recommend.
I love this place. I needed a suit altered for a job interview and asked if this could be completed within the same week. No problem or additional charge. Excellent work. I highly recommend them. All of my suits, slacks and jackets are done here.
