Una amiga compró un carro en FineAutoGo y desde la primera semana comenzaron los problemas: se encendieron los testigos del tablero, y más adelante tuvo que hacerle cambio de motor completo. Como si fuera poco, ahora se dañó la manguera del aceite, y la empresa no responde por nada. Solo están pendientes de cobrar, pero cuando hay problemas, se lavan las manos. Absolutely terrible experience. This dealership has zero respect for customers. I put money down and bought a car, only for them to turn around and sell it to someone else. The owner is completely dishonest, and instead of making things right, he make excuses. This place is run like a scam — save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values integrity and customer service.
Juan gave me an excellent deal here I bought my dream car he helped me with the process very diligent! Highly recommend!
