Yuliyan did an absolutely amazing job of installing a drop down ceiling in my basement. He gave me a fair price and was wonderful to work with. You can count on him to be there when he promises. He has very high standards in the work that he does and won’t complete the job until it is done to perfection and you are completely happy. I would not hesitate to have him work on another project in the future. He’s the best!
Yuliyan has worked on various projects in our home: electrical or plumbing repairs, installation of a sliding door, a mirrored door cabinet in our powder room, a kitchen faucet, new window shutters, replacing the concrete door steps, exterior painting (front door, trim, aluminum columns), tile backsplash in the kitchen. All of these projects he approached and completed with admirable professionalism, great attention to detail and suggestions for design and choice of materials.
Yulian exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love the new addition to our backyard deck. He was transparent and extremely helpful with coming up with a plan and advising us on the best way forward. We could not be happier! He ensured that everything was up to code. He was also very neat and went above and beyond in cleaning up. We are so pleased. Would absolutely call him again to help us with future projects.
